JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 353, 324, 341, 323, 307, 354, 355, 332, 333, 216, 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the police went to arrest Md. Taukir in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2022, all the F.I.R named accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4489 of 2024(2) dt.08-02-2024 2/3 including the petitioners attacked on the police personnel and released Md. Taukir from the custody of the police personnel.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have been made accused in this case since they are in relation of co-accused Md. Taukir. The petitioners are ladies and they are languishing in custody since 28.10.2023.

In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
