2. The petitioner has preferred the present contempt petition against the Opposite Parties for violation of the order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. WJC No. 555 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the contemnor
Patna High Court MJC No.3661 of 2023(4) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 submits that the order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. WJC No. 555 of 2023 has already been complied with as the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur has disposed the application filed by the petitioner under Section 97 of the CrPC on 18.06.2024 vide Annexure, OP-7/5.
4. Since the order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. WJC No. 555 of 2023 has been complied with, we are not inclined to proceed further in the present matter against the Opposite Parties. The contempt petition stands dismissed.
