JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chenari P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307, 427, 504, 153A of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner no. 2 is of assault by Bhala to the informant and petitioner no. 1 is also named in the F.I.R.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that only general and omnibus allegation of assault to informant has been levelled against the petitioners, considering the same this court vide order dated 18.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71013 of 2019 has granted the privilege of anticipatory bail to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80493 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 other co-accused of this case.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV- SJ -XII, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
