JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 11.08.2015 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1489 of 2011 (State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Sheo Bhajan Prasad Diwakar & Ors.).

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.08.2015 and the respondents are directed to grant similar benefits as has been granted to the writ petitioners of the aforesaid case by deciding the case of the petitioners finally within a period of 12 weeks from today.
