2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals. No material has come during investigation agaisnt the petitioner in support of the fact that the petitioner participated in the killing of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9685 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023.
