2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner assaulted to her husband and also took Rs.50,000/- from the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case He next submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2537 of 2024 with an observation that the "the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the order and if not concluded, petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.621 of 2025(4) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 will be at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of regular bail before the trial court" but the trial trial is not concluded till today. Petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the first information report, impugned order dated 29.11.2024 and perusal of the stage of the trial dated 06.03.2025, it appears that the case is fixed for argument and trial is likely to be concluded in the end of March this year and the trial is at an advance stage. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial and if the trial is not concluded with cooperation of the petitioner, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court and the trial court shall grant him bail to the petitioner, so I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
