Petitioners seek bail in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.354 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 468,420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, the informant got information that some miscreants are engaged in defrauding the persons and collecting money from them on the plea of sending them to foreign country for job. The police reached the place of occurrence and apprehended many persons including the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in jail since 21.08.2019. He further submits that similarly situated other two accused persons, namely, Md.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78591 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 Rijwan Ansari and Praveen Raees Khan have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 13.01.2020 and 31.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.72632 of 2019 and Cr.Misc.No.87156 of 2019 respectively.

Considering the fact that similarly situated other two accused persons have been granted bail, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-cumAddl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.354 of 2019.
