The petitioner seeks bail in Special(Excise) Case No.531 of 2019 arising out of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.430 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while he was driving a Tata Sumo Victa and on search, 200 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the box built under the seat. Petitioner is in jail since 29.10.2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid that petitioner has remained in jail for more than one month and he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
