The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 471 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act. After some arguments, Mr. Abhay Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition to approach the court below and seek bail.
