2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 366A, 363, 354B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3.The victim, who was minor at the of occurrence, in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement, has supported the prosecution case. He is in custody since 25.6.2023.
