2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 304/2023 arising out of Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 828/2023 registered for the offences under Section 366A/34 of IPC and under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that her daughter who was aged about 16 years had gone to appear in the examination, however, she did not return and on search, she came to know that Krishna Kumar (petitioner) had enticed her for marriage and the other co-accused persons have

4. Earlier a report was called from the learned court below with regard to the stage of the trial and it has been stated that the case is at the stage of Defence evidence.
5. Considering the same and the nature of offence alleged, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
6. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and preferably dispose of the same within two months from today.
