2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with respect to appellant no. 1, as he was arrested during the pendency of the appeal but was subsequently granted bail by the learned Trial Court.
3. Permission is accorded.

4. It is next submitted that, as far as appellant no. 2 is concerned, the police, after investigation, submitted a charge sheet based on which cognizance was taken under the S.C./S.T. Act. It is further submitted that since cognizance has been taken under the S.C./S.T. Act, the appellant no. 2 may be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
