No. 203 of 2018 dated 17.11.2018 registered at Police Station Kochas, District-Rohtas under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 326 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of eight months.

Prayer accepted.
