2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation on 06.07.2023 and 26.07.2023 before the respondents, which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.6 and the respondent no.6 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.1462 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 with law within eight weeks from the date of its receipt.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against respondent no.6 if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.
