2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 267 of 2025 dated 14.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 311 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 4-5 unknown miscreants riding on three motorcycles are alleged to have tried to snatch money from the informant and when the informant objected the same, they fired on the informant, due to which, he sustained bullet injury on his hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case merely on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused Vinay Kumar. No T.I.P. has been conducted by the prosecution. No incriminating or any looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62556 of 2025. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 267 of 2025.
