The learned counsel for the opposite parties further submits that in the compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.5.2019, passed in CWJC No. 7831 of 2018, the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, has already passed an order dated 19.1.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 19.1.2024. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
