2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the daughter of the informant has committed suicide. It is alleged that the deceased was in depression due to the acts of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that admittedly the deceased has committed suicide in her house and the room was bolted from the inside. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no suicidal note was found. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is nothing against the petitioner except this lame allegation.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 469 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas.
