The petitioner prays for provisional release of black and white colour Hero Splendor Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR22AL7672 which has been seized in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 287/2019 for the offence punishable under Section 37(b) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State states that appropriate order for release of the vehicle-in-question shall positively be passed within next two working days.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition reserving liberty to revive the same if the statement is not complied with.
