1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had moved earlier seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 49533 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 26.11.2024 (Annexure-3).
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024.
7. However, it is mace clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release on bail, is trying to delay the trial of the case in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
