The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 786 of 2018, corresponding to Special Case No. 1273 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s)30(a) 38(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 226 bottles of ESKUF Codeine Cough Syrup each containing 180 ml. has been recovered from the fuel house of co-accused Sahat Lal Sah. He disclosed that alleged Cough Syrup belongs to his son Kishandeo Sah (petitioner).

Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2018 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sesions Judge, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.
