The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2018. In the written report it is alleged that one loaded pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner along with cash of Rs. Five lacs.

Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79915 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner with further condition :

(i) The petitioner will remain present on every date of trial.

(ii) Absence of petitioner on two consecutive dates without valid reason will amount to cancellation of his bail bond.

(iii) Petitioner will not tamper with evidence during the trial.
