Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the IPC. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2019, having no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that petitioner and co-accused were apprehended along with stolen battery. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbsganj P.S.
