====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Gurua P. S. Case No. 309 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 132, 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on 04.08.2025 at about 7:20 PM, when raiding party reached at industrial premises of co-accused Shyamsundar @ Munna for inspection, they found that the accused persons were stealing electricity by directly connecting hook to all the three phases of low voltage cable. When raiding team started making videos of the same, this petitioner along with co-accused Shyamsundar assaulted informant and other members of the raiding team with sticks and lathi as a result of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84556 of 2025(5) dt.17-03-2026 2/2 which they sustained severe injuries. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
