JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Objection is raised by Counsel for the State regarding filing of writ petition without availing of the remedy under Rule 24(2) of the Bihar CCA Rules 2005. Being faced with such difficulty, petitioner's Counsel submits that he would be filing his his review by way of memorial.

Since the issue regarding alternative remedy has been raised by the State Counsel, this Court would observe that if the petitioner avails remedy under Rule 24(2) of the Bihar CCA
