Petitioner seeks bail in Jhanjharpur (Araria Sangram) P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394, 302, 307 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report has been lodged against three unknown persons. Police during investigation has arrested this petitioner merely on suspicion and recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2018 having clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2421 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani), in connection with Jhanjharpur (Araria Sangram) P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
