2. The only grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application is that ignoring her claim, another person junior to her has been allowed to discharge the duty as Incharge Headmaster of A.N. Singh High School, Hawanpura, in the District of Nalanda.

3. The person who has been made In-charge has not been impleaded as party respondent. The petitioner claims that she is the senior-most teacher in the school in question. The petitioner shall be at liberty to convince the competent authority about her seniority and put her claim to become In-charge Headmaster of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25041 of 2019 dt.13-12-2019 2/2 school by making her representation. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to pursue her claim before any other statutory forum in accordance with law.

4. This writ application stands disposed of with aforesaid observations.
