2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) Commanding the respondent authorities particularly the Resp. No.-5 (The Circle Officer, Kochas) to initiate the process of rent fixation and refer the same to the learned court of D.C.L.R., Dehri (Resp. No.-4) for disposal of the same within the stipulated period & time in

Patna High Court CWJC No.481 of 2025(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 pursuance to Annexure-P4 of the petition.

(ii) Further commanding the respondent authorities to follow with the provisions of Bihar Tenancy (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(iii) Grant of any other consequential or incidental relief/reliefs, for which the petitioner can be found entitled for.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the erroneous jamabandi was corrected by order dated 27.02.1981 in Jamabandi Correction Case No.- 14/1980-81 by the Circle Officer, Ramgarh, District-Rohtas. Despite the lapse of prolonged period, the order has not been carried out.

4. The concerned authority is directed to look into the matter in accordance with law within a period of four months.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
