In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.05 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 420, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that large number of persons have wrongly been appointed on the post of Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated mark-sheets and certificates. The petitioner was one of the members of the Selection Committee.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86406 of 2019(4) dt.09-02-2021 2/2 persons, who were appointed, have been granted anticipatory by this Court vide different orders.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the abovenamed petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S. Case no.05 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
