2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 of the petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have confined their prayer seeking direction to learned Sub Judge-I, Bettiah to dispose of the application of the petitioners filed on 18.11.2021 for vacating the ex-parte status quo order dated 18.01.2021 granted by the learned trial court in Title Suit No. 68 of 2020.

5. Since the petitioners have confined their prayer only to seek direction to the learned Sub Judge-I, Bettiah for disposal of the application filed by the petitioners on 18.11.2021, I do not think there is any need to issue notice to the respondents.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, learned Sub Judge-I, Bettiah is directed to dispose of the application dated 18.11.2021 filed by the petitioners within a month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
