2. The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the entire retiral dues to the petitioner like pension, arrears of pension, gratuity, leave encashment, P.F., Group Insurance etc. and other dues which are lying with the respondent authorities.
(ii) The respondents further be directed to take immediate action for payment of entire retiral benefits
Patna High Court CWJC No.477 of 2024(6) dt.18-06-2026 2/3 to the petitioner who has superannuated form the post of Panchayat Sachiv, Giriyak, Nalanda on 31.01.2023.
(iii) The respondent be directed to pay the interest @ 12.5% on all amount of pensionary benefits lying with the respondents Departments.

Counsel for the respondent by referring to the statement made at para 04 of the Supplementary Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent no. 4 submits that the entire grievances of the petitioner with respect to the payment of pending dues on account of Gratuity amounting to Rs. 4,37,724/-, Leave Encashment amounting to Rs. 3,37,480/-, General Provident Fund amounting to Rs. 5,82,002/- and Group Insurance amounting to Rs. 1,50,473/- have already been paid to the petitioner through Bill Nos. 22/2024-25, 23/2024-25, 27/2024-25 and 31/2024-25, respectively. It has next been submitted that all the dues under the head of the pre and post retirement benefits have been paid to the petitioner and no dues amount in respect of the petitioner is pending against the Department.
4. Counter-affidavit is said to have been served upon the counsel for the petitioner on 25.02.2026 and no rejoinder to

5. Considering the factual position obtaining on record, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty that for any pending grievances, the petitioner may avail legal remedy as available / provided in law.
