JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on the fake valuation certificate, he facilitated in grant of gold loan to 77 persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case has been lodged to the and he has been in custody since 19.08.2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact and

No.81930 of 2019(3) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail., However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months and if the trial is not concluded, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
