2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the concerned authority as the petitioner who is the son of the deceased

Patna High Court CWJC No.23760 of 2018(4) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 employee is ready to bring on record the succession certificate / No Objection Certificate from other legal representatives, if required in support of his claim.

3. The authority concerned must dispose of the representation of the petitioner and make payment of all the retiral dues including pension, if entitled, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
