Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that by the order under contempt the Registrar/Controller of Examination, Pataliputra University was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and disposed off the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

3. The representation of the petitioner has been disposed off by passing a reasoned order, however, the same is said to be erroneous one and, as such, he seeks liberty to assail that order.
