Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. He is in custody since 04.08.2018.

Earlier prayer for regular bail was refused vide order dated 08.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58259 of 2017 with liberty to renew the prayer before the court below itself who shall pass a reasoned order.

The impugned order dated 17.11.2018 would reveal that the case was fixed for framing of charges on 12.12.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have already been framed. Petitioner is ready to

Considering the period already undergone and other circumstances of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Desari Police Station Case No. 14 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
