Learned counsel for the plaintiff/appellant/petitioner submits that Title Appeal No. 31 of 1981/2 of 1992 and Money Appeal No. 3 of 1981/2 of 1989 were disposed of together by a common judgment dated 03.02.1993 and consequently the respective decrees were also prepared on 11.02.1993. In pursuance of the said decrees, Execution Case No. 2 of 1994 was commenced but even though the matter is being taken up before the Executing
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1801 of 2019 dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Court from time to time, no substantial progress has been made and the plaintiff/appellant/petitioner has not been able to reap the fruit of the decrees even after lapse of about one and half decades.
3. Learned counsel for the defendants/respondents appears and has been heard.

Having heard the parties and on consideration of the materials on record, the petition is disposed of with the observation that the learned Court below may take note of the exigencies of the situation and take steps for expeditious disposal of the Execution Case No. 2 of 1994, and in any event preferably within six months hereof.
