The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2430 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.08.2018 in a case where the allegation is that the petitioner was apprehended with country made loaded pistol. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
