2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 448, 323, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner No. 1 is that he fraudulently sold the gair majarua land to the complainant for consideration amount of Rs. 7 lacs. Petitioner No. 2 is son of petitioner No. 1.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 has executed the sale deed dated 19.04.2021 in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88606 of 2024(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 the capacity of full owner and bona fide title holder. It is further submitted that right and title of the land in question belong to the petitioner No. 1 and he has acquired the land through joint family settlement after partition of ancestral property. Moreover, dispute involved in this case is regarding sale and purchase of land which is purely civil in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and dispute, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Complaint Case No. 1877 C of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
