Learned counsel for the State is also present.

2. The only grievance, which the petitioner has in the present writ application, is that the Board is not taking

Patna High Court CWJC No.24574 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 appropriate action against one of the teachers who has remained absent unauthorisedly for quite long period of time. It is the case of the Madarsa that the matter is pending with the Board for last four years.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with an observation that let the Board examine the petitioner's grievance and conclude the matter if the same is pending before it, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
