2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Manjhagarh Police Station Case No. 197 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. Prosecution case is that one criminal was arrested while planning a loot and he has named the petitioner in his confessional statement.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2853 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Manjhagarh Police Station Case No. 197 of 2023.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Barharia Police Station, Distt.-Siwan on first Sunday and last Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
