The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 308, 323, 324, 34, 341, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned ACJM-V, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S.Case No.445 of 2019.

Head injury was caused by the petitioner with farsa. The doctor has found incised wound on the mid of the scull, though simple in nature. Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
