The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate order/direction/writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the concerned respondents to execute forthwith the order passed in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 14.09.2016 (Annexure -2) passed by the DCLR, Hajipur and

Patna High Court CWJC No.2586 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 which was upheld vide the order dated 22.02.2019 (Annexure -3) passed by the Addl.Collector, Vaishali and give possession to the petitioner, who is the bona fide purchaser of land bearing new Khata no. 50, new Khesra no. 1061 and having an area of 13 dismil under the mauza Mohanpur, Thana no.270 of the Vaishali district.

(ii) For any other relief/s for which the petitioner may found to be entitled with in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be again approaching the appropriate authority to apprise them of the inaction of the authorities after the order passed by him.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
