JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B, 201, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who are mother-inlaw and father-in-law and the case is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegation is general and omnibus in nature and nothing specific has been attributed against them and whole family members have been made accused in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78750 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arun Kumar, A.C.J.M.-I, Arwal, in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
