The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 2112 of 2018 arising out of lBarhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 482 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) Bihar Excise Act.

The contention raised on behalf of the applicant is that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case as there is no recovery from the physical possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 03.11.2018. In view of the above, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur,
