The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case no.498/2018 dated 5.8.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A/354/314 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66C of the I.T. Act. Allegation as per FIR is that the informant got married his daughter with co-accused Aditya Kumar and the petitioner happens to be grand mother of Aditya Kumar and they cancealed the fact that Aditya Kuamr is suffering from mental disorder and there is also allegation of harassing and cruelty to the daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is an 80 years old lady and no specific allegation has been attributed against her.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77676 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge IV, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case No.498 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
