JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice, vide order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No.66660 of 2018 and order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25459 of 2019.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier liberty was granted to the petitioner that if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months and the trial court has not been concluded the trial up till now. Only four witnesses have been examined in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, petitioner is allowed to renew his prayer for bail again before the learned trial court, the same shall be considered on the basis of the materials which has been brought on record up till now and will pass an appropriate order.
