2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 379, 354 ( b ), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have disrobed the informant and molested her. It is further alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner destroyed the hut of informant and assaulted informant and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both

From bare perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that there is admitted land dispute between petitioner and informant and when informant was constructing house on the disputed land a scuffle took place between both the parties. He further submits that father of petitioner purchased 3.5 decimal of land on 25.10.2000 through registered sale deed from the husband of informant and got the land mutated in his name and constructed a room over the land. The husband of informant instituted Title suit No. 33 of 2006 for a declaration that land measuring area 3.5 decimals belongs to him and also a declaration of the sale deed dated 25.10.2000, to be fake and forged which is in the name of father of petitioner and the said suit was dismissed vide order dated 22.01.2013 . Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st
