Petitioner has filed this writ application against the order passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur by which the PDS license being License no. 71 of 2007 of the petitioner has been cancelled.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that against the the said order passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur, petitioner has remedy of appeal before the competent authority and without availing the said remedy, petitioner has directly approached to this court.
