2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.420 of 2022, arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 586 of 2021 lodged under Sections 363 of the I.P.C. and later on section 364 of the I.P.C. has been added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown accused persons with allegation they have abducted the informant's son and his motorcycle has been recovered besides a Hotel.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case only due to suspicion. He further submits that petitioner is not named

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2022 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that at the instance of confessional statement of the petitioner, one knife was recovered which was used in the said occurrence.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
