Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019 for the offence under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is 90 years old and he is next door neibour of the victim. The name of the petitioner figured in the instant case on account of suspicion. Considering the age of the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a

No.82064 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj, in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
