Petitioner is accused in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 registered under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of purchasing stolen motorcycle from co-accused Raushan Kumar. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is no FIR against the petitioner for the theft of the said motorcycle and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78898 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- VII, Bhagalpur, in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018.
